- 700 g Potatoes
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 30 g Cilantro
- 1 Lemon
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- ⅜ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
Method
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and parboil for 5 minutes, then drain and dry.
- Fry the potatoes in the olive oil until golden and crisp, 14 minutes.
- Toss in the garlic, chili, and salt for 1 minute, then off the heat add the coriander and lemon.
