- 500 g Frozen mixed berries
- 100 g Oats
- 80 g Almonds
- 50 g Butter
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- ½ tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1 Lemon (optional)
Method
- Heat the oven to 190C (375F). Tip the berries into a baking dish with a squeeze of lemon.
- Rub the butter into the oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and maple until clumpy.
- Scatter the crumble over the berries.
- Bake until the topping is golden and the berries bubble, 25 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes and serve.
