Ingredients

  • 500 g Frozen mixed berries
  • 100 g Oats
  • 80 g Almonds
  • 50 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 Lemon (optional)

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 190C (375F). Tip the berries into a baking dish with a squeeze of lemon.
  2. Rub the butter into the oats, chopped almonds, cinnamon, and maple until clumpy.
  3. Scatter the crumble over the berries.
  4. Bake until the topping is golden and the berries bubble, 25 minutes.
  5. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
