  • 500 ml Milk
  • 250 g Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)
  • 30 g Almonds (optional)

Method

  1. Whisk the chia seeds into the milk with the vanilla and honey until no clumps remain.
  2. Cover and chill until thick and set, at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once early on.
  3. Warm the berries briefly until juicy, then cool.
  4. Layer the chia pudding with the berries in glasses and top with chopped almonds.
