- 600 g Ground beef
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic (optional)
- 15 g Parsley (optional)
Method
- Grate the onion and knead into the meat with the garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt.
- Shape into flat, wide patties and brush with olive oil.
- Grill over high heat until charred outside and just cooked through, about 4 minutes a side.
- Rest briefly and serve.
