Ingredients

  • 600 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 cloves Garlic (optional)
  • 15 g Parsley (optional)

Method

  1. Grate the onion and knead into the meat with the garlic, oregano, parsley, and salt.
  2. Shape into flat, wide patties and brush with olive oil.
  3. Grill over high heat until charred outside and just cooked through, about 4 minutes a side.
  4. Rest briefly and serve.
