- 500 g Beef sirloin
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Arugula
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce (optional)
- 1 Lime (optional)
- 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Method
- Cube the beef and marinate in the garlic, soy, fish sauce, and sugar for 10 minutes.
- Sear the beef in the smoking-hot oil, shaking the pan, until browned but still pink, 4 minutes; add the onion near the end.
- Pile onto a bed of arugula and finish with a squeeze of lime.
