- 500 g White fish
- 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
- 2 Tomato
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 15 g Cilantro
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 150 g Pineapple (optional)
- 100 g Okra (optional)
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce (optional)
- 1 Thai chilies (optional)
Method
- Dissolve the tamarind in hot water and cut the tomato, pineapple, and okra.
- Fry the garlic, add water and the tamarind broth, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the fish and vegetables and simmer gently until the fish just flakes, 8 minutes.
- Season with fish sauce and chili and finish with cilantro.
