  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 15 g Parsley
  • 0.4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Dry sherry (optional)
  • 1 Dried chilies (optional)

  2. Sizzle the garlic and chili in the olive oil, add the mushrooms, and fry over high heat until browned, 6 minutes.
  3. Splash in the sherry and salt, let it bubble away, and finish with parsley.
