- 5 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 15 g Parsley
- 0.4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Dry sherry (optional)
- 1 Dried chilies (optional)
Method
- Quarter the mushrooms and slice the garlic.
- Sizzle the garlic and chili in the olive oil, add the mushrooms, and fry over high heat until browned, 6 minutes.
- Splash in the sherry and salt, let it bubble away, and finish with parsley.
