- 350 g Chickpeas
- 400 g Chicken thighs
- 250 g Cabbage
- 2 Carrot
- 2 Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Onion (optional)
- 2 cloves Garlic (optional)
Method
- Soak the chickpeas overnight, then drain.
- Simmer the chicken, chickpeas, onion, and garlic in plenty of water, skimming, for 45 minutes.
- Add the carrot, potato, salt, and olive oil and cook 20 minutes, then the cabbage for a final 10.
- Serve the broth first, then the chickpeas, vegetables, and meat.
