- 500 g Chicken thighs
- 3 Lemongrass
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Thai chilies
- 1½ tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
- 1 Onion (optional)
- 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and finely mince the lemongrass, garlic, and chili.
- Fry the lemongrass mixture in the oil until fragrant, then add the chicken and sear, 6 minutes.
- Add the onion, fish sauce, and sugar and stir-fry until the chicken is glazed and cooked, 6 minutes.
