  • 500 g Chicken thighs
  • 3 Lemongrass
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Thai chilies
  • 1½ tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Neutral oil
  • 1 Onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp Sugar (optional)

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces and finely mince the lemongrass, garlic, and chili.
  2. Fry the lemongrass mixture in the oil until fragrant, then add the chicken and sear, 6 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, fish sauce, and sugar and stir-fry until the chicken is glazed and cooked, 6 minutes.
