- 500 g Shrimp
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 120 g Feta
- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 15 g Parsley (optional)
- ½ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
Method
- Soften the diced onion and garlic in the olive oil, then add the tomatoes and chili and simmer 10 minutes.
- Nestle the shrimp into the sauce and crumble the feta over the top.
- Bake at 200°C until the shrimp are pink and the feta softens, 10 minutes.
- Finish with parsley and serve.
