Ingredients

  • 500 g Shrimp
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 120 g Feta
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 15 g Parsley (optional)
  • ½ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

Method

  1. Soften the diced onion and garlic in the olive oil, then add the tomatoes and chili and simmer 10 minutes.
  2. Nestle the shrimp into the sauce and crumble the feta over the top.
  3. Bake at 200°C until the shrimp are pink and the feta softens, 10 minutes.
  4. Finish with parsley and serve.
