About Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Garlic Butter Steak Bites deliver steakhouse flavor in cubes you can eat with a fork or a toothpick, a low-effort American skillet dish built for speed. The idea is simple: even cubes of beef, patted bone-dry and seasoned hard with salt and pepper, seared in a screaming-hot pan so each face develops a dark, savory crust, then finished by rolling through foaming garlic butter. Because the actual searing takes only a few minutes, the cook time stays short while the flavor reads rich and beefy.
Dryness and heat are everything here — patting the cubes dry and letting them sit undisturbed in a smoking-hot pan is what builds the browned crust instead of steaming the meat gray. Dropping the heat before the butter and garlic go in keeps the garlic from burning and lets it perfume the beef in about a minute, so you get that buttery, garlicky finish without bitterness. A little chopped parsley brightens the richness. Naturally low-carb, the bites pair with mashed potatoes, a green salad, or roasted vegetables, and work equally as a quick dinner for two or a passed party bite.
