  • 300 g Halloumi
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 3 Tomato
  • 150 g Romaine lettuce
  • 20 g Parsley
  • 1 tsp Sumac
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 g Mint (optional)

Method

  1. Chop the cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and herbs and toss with the sumac, lemon, and olive oil.
  2. Slice the halloumi and sear in a dry hot pan until golden on both sides, 4 minutes.
  3. Pile the salad on plates and lay the hot halloumi over the top.
