- 300 g Halloumi
- 1 Cucumber
- 3 Tomato
- 150 g Romaine lettuce
- 20 g Parsley
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 1 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 10 g Mint (optional)
Method
- Chop the cucumber, tomato, lettuce, and herbs and toss with the sumac, lemon, and olive oil.
- Slice the halloumi and sear in a dry hot pan until golden on both sides, 4 minutes.
- Pile the salad on plates and lay the hot halloumi over the top.
