  • 500 g Swiss chard
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Lemon
  • 0.3 tsp Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic (optional)

Method

  1. Wash the greens and trim any tough stems.
  2. Boil the greens in plenty of water until tender, 10 minutes, then drain well.
  3. Dress the warm greens with olive oil, lots of lemon, the crushed garlic, and the salt.
