- 4 tbsp Olive oil

Method
- Wash the greens and trim any tough stems.
- Boil the greens in plenty of water until tender, 10 minutes, then drain well.
- Dress the warm greens with olive oil, lots of lemon, the crushed garlic, and the salt.
