- 800 g Octopus
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Lemon
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.3 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar (optional)
- 1 clove Garlic (optional)
Method
- Simmer the octopus gently in its own juices with a splash of vinegar until tender, 50 minutes.
- Cut into tentacles and toss with a little olive oil.
- Char hard on a hot grill until the edges crisp, 6 minutes.
- Dress with olive oil, lemon, oregano, garlic, and the salt to serve.
