  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 15 g Mint
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano (optional)
  • 1 Egg (optional)

Method

  1. Grate the onion and knead into the meat with the garlic, mint, oregano, egg, and salt.
  2. Rest the mix chilled 15 minutes, then roll into small balls.
  3. Fry the meatballs in the olive oil, turning, until browned and cooked through, 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with lemon.
