  • 700 g Potatoes
  • 200 g Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 120 g Panko
  • 2 Egg
  • 60 g All-purpose flour
  • 400 ml Neutral oil
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Okonomiyaki sauce (optional)

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes until very tender, then drain and mash smooth.
  2. Brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and salt until cooked through, about 6 minutes.

  4. Coat the patties in flour, beaten egg, and panko.
