- 500 g Cabbage
- 150 g White rice
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 1 Lemon
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.4 tsp Salt
Method
- Shred the cabbage and dice the onion; grate the tomatoes.
- Soften the onion in the olive oil, add the cabbage, and cook down until wilted, 8 minutes.
- Add the tomato, rice, salt, and water and simmer, covered, until the rice is tender, 18 minutes.
- Finish with a squeeze of lemon and rest before serving.
