- 1 Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 Tomato
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.4 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Ground cumin (optional)
Method
- Trim the beans, slice the onion, and grate the tomatoes.
- Soften the onion and garlic in the olive oil, 4 minutes.
- Add the beans, tomato, cumin, salt, and a splash of water and braise, covered, until silky, 25 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
