- 3 Lemongrass
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Thai chilies
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
- 1 Lime (optional)
- 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Method
- Score the cleaned squid and blend the lemongrass, garlic, chili, fish sauce, oil, and sugar into a marinade.
- Marinate the squid for 15 minutes.
- Grill over high heat until curled, charred, and just opaque, 5 minutes.
- Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve.
