  • 3 Lemongrass
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Thai chilies
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp Neutral oil
  • 1 Lime (optional)
  • 1 tsp Sugar (optional)

Method

  1. Score the cleaned squid and blend the lemongrass, garlic, chili, fish sauce, oil, and sugar into a marinade.
  2. Marinate the squid for 15 minutes.
  3. Grill over high heat until curled, charred, and just opaque, 5 minutes.
