  • 400 g Korean radish
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 Scallions
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 0.4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp Gochugaru (optional)

Method

  1. Peel and julienne the radish and toss with the salt; leave 10 minutes, then squeeze lightly.
  2. Grate the garlic and slice the scallion.
  3. Dress the radish with the vinegar, garlic, scallion, sugar, gochugaru, and sesame seeds.
