- 800 g Lamb
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 2 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 cloves Garlic (optional)
Method
- Rub the chops with olive oil, garlic, oregano, half the lemon, and the salt.
- Let the chops sit for 15 minutes.
- Grill over high heat until charred outside and pink within, about 3 minutes a side.
- Rest briefly and finish with the remaining lemon.
