  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 2 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 3 cloves Garlic (optional)

Method

  1. Rub the chops with olive oil, garlic, oregano, half the lemon, and the salt.
  2. Let the chops sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Grill over high heat until charred outside and pink within, about 3 minutes a side.
  4. Rest briefly and finish with the remaining lemon.
