- 600 g Salmon fillet
- 300 g Green beans
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Dill
- 1 Lemon
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ⅜ tsp Salt

Method
- Stir the yogurt with the chopped dill, grated garlic, and half the lemon juice; season lightly.
- Steam or boil the green beans until crisp-tender, 4 minutes, then drain.
- Sear the salmon skin-side down in the oil until the skin is crisp and the fish nearly cooked, then flip briefly.
