- 800 g Chicken thighs
- 40 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 100 ml White wine (optional)
Method
- Brown the chicken in the olive oil in a heavy pot, then season with the salt.
- Scatter in all the unpeeled garlic and the thyme, pour in the wine, and cover.
- Braise in a 170°C oven until the chicken is tender and the garlic soft, 55 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with the sweet garlic to squeeze out.
