- 400 g Greek yogurt
- 30 g Cocoa powder
- 30 g Protein powder
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
- 30 g Walnuts (optional)
Method
- Whisk the cocoa, protein powder, maple, and vanilla into a little of the yogurt to a smooth paste.
- Fold the paste through the rest of the yogurt until even and airy.
- Spoon into glasses, chill 20 minutes, and top with chopped walnuts.
- Serve cold.
