  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 30 g Cocoa powder
  • 30 g Protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
  • 30 g Walnuts (optional)

Method

  1. Whisk the cocoa, protein powder, maple, and vanilla into a little of the yogurt to a smooth paste.
  2. Fold the paste through the rest of the yogurt until even and airy.
  3. Spoon into glasses, chill 20 minutes, and top with chopped walnuts.
  4. Serve cold.
