  • 700 g White fish
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Lemon
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 20 g Cilantro (optional)

Method

  1. Blend the garlic, cumin, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt into a marinade and rub it over the fish.
  2. Let the fish sit in the marinade for 15 minutes.
  3. Grill the fish over medium-high heat until the flesh flakes, about 5 minutes a side.
  4. Finish with cilantro and lemon wedges.
