- 700 g White fish
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Lemon
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 20 g Cilantro (optional)
Method
- Blend the garlic, cumin, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt into a marinade and rub it over the fish.
- Let the fish sit in the marinade for 15 minutes.
- Grill the fish over medium-high heat until the flesh flakes, about 5 minutes a side.
- Finish with cilantro and lemon wedges.
