- 600 g White fish
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 30 g Cilantro
- 2 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 30 g Walnuts (optional)
Method
- Rub the fish with olive oil and salt and bake at 200°C until just cooked, 18 minutes.
- Fry the garlic and chili, then blend with the tahini, most of the cilantro, lemon, and water into a sauce.
- Warm the sauce until it thickens, then spoon over the fish and scatter with walnuts and cilantro.
