Ingredients

  • 600 g White fish
  • 3 tbsp Tahini
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 30 g Cilantro
  • 2 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 30 g Walnuts (optional)

Method

  1. Rub the fish with olive oil and salt and bake at 200°C until just cooked, 18 minutes.
  2. Fry the garlic and chili, then blend with the tahini, most of the cilantro, lemon, and water into a sauce.
  3. Warm the sauce until it thickens, then spoon over the fish and scatter with walnuts and cilantro.
