  • 500 g Pork belly
  • 200 g Romaine lettuce
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 0.3 tsp Salt
  • 12 Perilla leaves (optional)
  • 1 Green chili (optional)
  • 2 Scallions (optional)

Method

  1. Slice the pork into thin strips and season with just the pinch of salt.
  2. Thinly slice the garlic and chili and separate the lettuce and perilla leaves.
  3. Grill the pork over high heat until browned and crisp at the edges, turning, 6 minutes.
  4. Serve the pork with the lettuce, perilla, garlic, chili, and scallions for wrapping at the table.
