- 500 g Pork belly
- 200 g Romaine lettuce
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 0.3 tsp Salt
- 12 Perilla leaves (optional)
- 1 Green chili (optional)
- 2 Scallions (optional)
Method
- Slice the pork into thin strips and season with just the pinch of salt.
- Thinly slice the garlic and chili and separate the lettuce and perilla leaves.
- Grill the pork over high heat until browned and crisp at the edges, turning, 6 minutes.
