  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Scallions
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 0.3 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds, then plunge into cold water and squeeze dry.
  2. Grate the garlic and slice the scallion.
  3. Toss the spinach with the garlic, scallion, sesame oil, seeds, and salt.
