- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Scallions
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 0.3 tsp Salt
Method
- Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 30 seconds, then plunge into cold water and squeeze dry.
- Grate the garlic and slice the scallion.
- Toss the spinach with the garlic, scallion, sesame oil, seeds, and salt.
