Yogurt Tandoori Chicken
Chicken marinated in spiced yogurt and charred hard. Lean, high-protein, barely any carb or sugar.

Ingredients
- 700 g Chicken thighs
- 150 g Greek yogurt
- 20 g Ginger
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Garam masala
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Cilantro (optional)
Method
- Grate the ginger and garlic and mix with the yogurt, garam masala, chili powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
- Slash the chicken and turn it through the marinade; leave to sit while the pan heats.
- Sear the chicken over high heat, turning, until charred and cooked through, about 6 minutes a side.
- Rest 3 minutes, then scatter with cilantro and serve.
