- 4 Tomato
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 20 g Parsley
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.3 tsp Salt
- 40 g Breadcrumbs (optional)
Method
- Halve the tomatoes and set them cut-side up in a dish.
- Mix the minced garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, and olive oil and pile onto the tomatoes.
- Bake at 190°C until soft and golden on top, 25 minutes.
- Serve warm.
