  • 4 Tomato
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 20 g Parsley
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.3 tsp Salt
  • 40 g Breadcrumbs (optional)

Method

  1. Halve the tomatoes and set them cut-side up in a dish.
  2. Mix the minced garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, salt, and olive oil and pile onto the tomatoes.
  3. Bake at 190°C until soft and golden on top, 25 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
