- 500 g White fish
- 60 g Almonds
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 Lemon
- 0.4 tsp Salt
- 10 g Parsley (optional)
- 2 tbsp Flour (optional)
Method
- Pat the fillets dry, dust lightly with flour and the salt.
- Pan-fry the fish in half the butter until golden, 3 minutes a side, then plate.
- Toast the almonds in the remaining butter until nutty, add a squeeze of lemon, and spoon over the fish.
- Finish with parsley and serve.
