- 700 g White fish
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Lemon
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.4 tsp Salt
- 10 g Parsley (optional)
Method
- Rub the fish with a little olive oil and the salt.
- Grill over medium-high heat until the skin crisps and the flesh flakes, about 6 minutes a side.
- Whisk the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano into a ladolemono.
- Pour the ladolemono over the hot fish and finish with parsley.
