- 600 g Ground turkey
- 60 g Oats
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper (optional)
Method
- Heat the oven to 200C (400F). Grate the carrot and onion and mince the garlic.
- Mix the turkey with the oats, grated vegetables, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined and form into four small loaves.
- Brush the loaves with the tomato paste loosened with a little water.
- Bake until cooked through and glazed, 28 minutes.
- Rest 3 minutes and serve.
