Ingredients

  • 600 g Ground turkey
  • 60 g Oats
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper (optional)

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 200C (400F). Grate the carrot and onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Mix the turkey with the oats, grated vegetables, egg, salt, and pepper until just combined and form into four small loaves.
  3. Brush the loaves with the tomato paste loosened with a little water.
  4. Bake until cooked through and glazed, 28 minutes.
  5. Rest 3 minutes and serve.
