- 250 g Flour
- 250 g Yogurt
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder (optional)
- 20 g Butter (optional)
- 1 clove Garlic (optional)
Method
- Stir the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
- Add the yogurt to the dry mix and stir to a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured counter just until smooth, about 2 minutes.
