- 500 g Mushroom
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Leek (optional)
- 3 tbsp Cream (optional)
Method
- Slice the mushrooms, onion, and leek.
- Sauté the onion, leek, and garlic in the olive oil, then add the mushrooms and thyme and cook down, 10 minutes.
- Add water and the salt and simmer 12 minutes, then blend smooth.
- Stir in the cream, warm through, and serve.
