Ingredients
- 300 g Glutinous rice
- 200 g Dried mung beans
- ⅜ tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil (optional)
- 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Method
- Soak the sticky rice and split mung beans separately for an hour, then drain.
- Steam the mung beans until soft, then mash and rub into fine crumbs with the salt.
- Steam the rice until tender, then toss with the oil and half the bean crumbs.
- Fluff so the grains separate, dust with the remaining bean crumbs and sugar, and serve.
