- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.4 tsp Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic (optional)
- ½ tsp Sugar (optional)
Method
- Trim the beans, slice the onion, and grate the tomatoes.
- Soften the onion and garlic in the olive oil, 4 minutes.
- Add the beans, tomato, sugar, salt, and a splash of water and cook, covered, until silky, 28 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature and serve.
