Ingredients

  • 300 g Puy lentils
  • 250 g Swiss chard
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 20 g Cilantro
  • 2 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Potatoes (optional)

Method

  1. Simmer the lentils with the diced potato and plenty of water until soft, 25 minutes.
  2. Fry the onion in the olive oil, add the garlic and chopped chard stems, then the leaves and cilantro.
  3. Stir the greens into the lentils with the salt and simmer 8 minutes, then finish with plenty of lemon.
  4. Serve hot with more lemon on the side.
