Ingredients
- 300 g Puy lentils
- 250 g Swiss chard
- 1 Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 20 g Cilantro
- 2 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Potatoes (optional)
Method
- Simmer the lentils with the diced potato and plenty of water until soft, 25 minutes.
- Fry the onion in the olive oil, add the garlic and chopped chard stems, then the leaves and cilantro.
- Stir the greens into the lentils with the salt and simmer 8 minutes, then finish with plenty of lemon.
- Serve hot with more lemon on the side.
