  • 4 Artichoke
  • 250 g Frozen peas
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 20 g Dill
  • 2 Lemon
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.4 tsp Salt
  • 2 Potatoes (optional)

Method

  1. Trim the artichokes to the hearts and hold in lemon water; dice the onion, carrot, and potato.
  2. Soften the onion in the olive oil, add the carrot and potato and a little water, and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Add the artichokes, peas, and salt and braise until all are tender, 18 minutes.
  4. Finish with plenty of dill and lemon.
