Ingredients

  • 400 g Frozen peas
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 20 g Dill
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • ⅜ tsp Salt
  • 1 Carrot (optional)

Method

  1. Dice the onion, potato, and carrot and grate the tomatoes.
  2. Soften the onion in the olive oil, add the potato and carrot, then the tomato and salt.
  3. Add the peas and a little water and simmer until everything is tender, 22 minutes.
  4. Stir through the dill and serve warm.
