- 400 g Frozen peas
- 2 Potatoes
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 20 g Dill
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.4 tsp Salt
- 1 Carrot (optional)
Method
- Dice the onion, potato, and carrot and grate the tomatoes.
- Soften the onion in the olive oil, add the potato and carrot, then the tomato and salt.
- Add the peas and a little water and simmer until everything is tender, 22 minutes.
- Stir through the dill and serve warm.
