  • 400 g Chickpeas
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1½ tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.4 tsp Salt
  • 15 g Parsley (optional)

Method

  1. Warm the chickpeas in a little of their liquid until steaming, 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the crushed garlic, cumin, salt, and lemon and mash a few chickpeas to thicken.
  3. Finish with parsley and a pour of olive oil.
