- 400 g Chickpeas
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1½ tsp Ground cumin
- 1 Lemon
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.4 tsp Salt
- 15 g Parsley (optional)
Method
- Warm the chickpeas in a little of their liquid until steaming, 5 minutes.
- Stir in the crushed garlic, cumin, salt, and lemon and mash a few chickpeas to thicken.
- Finish with parsley and a pour of olive oil.
