- 500 g Spinach
- 2 Shallot
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Neutral oil
- 150 g Shrimp (optional)
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce (optional)
Method
- Finely chop the greens and mince the shallot and garlic.
- Fry the shallot and garlic in the oil, add the shrimp, then pour in water and bring to a boil.
- Add the greens and simmer just until wilted and silky, 4 minutes; season with fish sauce.
