  • 2 Shallot
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Neutral oil
  • 150 g Shrimp (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce (optional)

  1. Finely chop the greens and mince the shallot and garlic.
  2. Fry the shallot and garlic in the oil, add the shrimp, then pour in water and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the greens and simmer just until wilted and silky, 4 minutes; season with fish sauce.
