  • 400 ml Almond milk
  • 30 g Cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
  • 1 Banana (optional)

Method

  1. Blend the milk, cocoa, maple, and vanilla until smooth, then whisk in the chia seeds.
  2. Chill until thick and moussey, at least 4 hours, whisking once after 20 minutes to stop clumps.
  3. Whip briefly to loosen, spoon into glasses, and top with sliced banana.
