Ingredients

  • 300 g Edamame
  • 150 g Soybeans
  • 200 g Chinese broccoli
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Neutral oil
  • 1 Carrot (optional)
  • 15 g Ginger (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce (optional)

Method

  1. Cut the gai lan and carrot and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Fry the garlic and ginger in the oil, then add the beans, edamame, and vegetables and stir-fry over high heat, 6 minutes.
  3. Splash in the soy and a little water to steam-finish, then serve.
