- 300 g Edamame
- 150 g Soybeans
- 200 g Chinese broccoli
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
- 1 Carrot (optional)
- 15 g Ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce (optional)
Method
- Cut the gai lan and carrot and mince the garlic and ginger.
- Fry the garlic and ginger in the oil, then add the beans, edamame, and vegetables and stir-fry over high heat, 6 minutes.
- Splash in the soy and a little water to steam-finish, then serve.
