Ingredients

Servings 1
  • 55 g Edamame noodles
  • 200 g White fish fillet
  • 150 g Zucchini
  • 1 tsp Garlic-infused olive oil
  • ½ Lemon
  • 60 g Carrot (optional)
  • 10 g Ginger (optional)
  • 8 g Dill (optional)

Method

  1. Cut the courgette into thin half-moons and the carrot into fine coins. Grate the ginger and chop the dill.
  2. Warm the garlic-infused oil over a medium flame and cook the courgette and carrot for five minutes, until the courgette turns translucent at the edge and gives up its water.
  3. Lay the fish on top of the vegetables, scatter the ginger over it, cover the pan and leave it six minutes without turning, until it flakes at a gentle push.
  4. While the fish steams, boil the edamame noodles four minutes and drain them.
  5. Fold the noodles through the courgette and its juices, break the fish over in large flakes, and finish with the dill and a squeeze of lemon.
