- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Tomato
- ½ Onion
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
- 150 g Salt cod (bacalao) (optional)

Method
- Dice the pepper, tomato, and onion small.
- Flake the desalted cod into pieces.
- Toss the beans, vegetables, and cod with the olive oil, vinegar, and parsley and chill briefly.
