- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.4 tsp Salt
- 1 Tomato (optional)
- 15 g Parsley (optional)
Method
- Warm the cooked favas in a little water and mash about half of them with the garlic and cumin.
- Stir in the salt and a squeeze of lemon and warm through.
