- 500 g Green beans
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 15 g Ginger
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
- 3 Dried chilies (optional)
- ½ tsp Sichuan peppercorn (optional)
- 1 tbsp Light soy sauce (optional)
- ½ tsp Sugar (optional)
Method
- Trim the beans and mince the garlic and ginger.
- Dry-fry the beans in the oil over high heat until wrinkled and blistered, 8 minutes.
- Add the garlic, ginger, chili, and peppercorn and toss for 1 minute.
- Season with the soy and sugar and serve.
