Ingredients

  • 500 g Green beans
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 15 g Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Neutral oil
  • 3 Dried chilies (optional)
  • ½ tsp Sichuan peppercorn (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce (optional)
  • ½ tsp Sugar (optional)

Method

  1. Trim the beans and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Dry-fry the beans in the oil over high heat until wrinkled and blistered, 8 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, ginger, chili, and peppercorn and toss for 1 minute.
  4. Season with the soy and sugar and serve.
