- 180 g Brown rice
- 150 g Soybeans
- 200 g Edamame
- 30 g Dried wakame
- 1 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Japanese soy sauce (koikuchi shoyu)
- 1 Carrot (optional)
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds (optional)
Method
- Cook the brown rice and soybeans together until tender, 35 minutes.
- Soak the seaweed until soft, then fry with the julienned carrot and edamame in the sesame oil, 4 minutes.
- Fold the seaweed mix and soy through the rice and finish with sesame seeds.
