  • 300 g Yellow split peas
  • 200 g Spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 20 g Dill
  • 2 Lemon
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.4 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Sweat the diced onion and garlic in the olive oil, 5 minutes.
  2. Add the split peas, salt, and plenty of water and simmer until collapsing, 40 minutes.
  3. Stir in the spinach and dill and simmer until wilted, 5 minutes.
  4. Finish with plenty of lemon and serve.
