- 300 g Yellow split peas
- 200 g Spinach
- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 20 g Dill
- 2 Lemon
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.4 tsp Salt
Method
- Sweat the diced onion and garlic in the olive oil, 5 minutes.
- Add the split peas, salt, and plenty of water and simmer until collapsing, 40 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach and dill and simmer until wilted, 5 minutes.
- Finish with plenty of lemon and serve.
